As an organization devoted to caring for clients in a holistic way, the Haven is a veritable beehive of activity, with classes, special events, and community outreach programs happening year round.

FEATURED - Make A Difference with Feed Tri-Valley Food Drive
Join us for Feed Tri-Valley!

Tri-Valley Haven is teaming up with the cities of Livermore, Pleasanton and Dublin, along with other food providers for "Feed Tri-Valley", a food drive to address local food insecurity and encourage the community to think locally and give locally. Though most people think of the homeless and hungry during the cold winter months, food providers consistently struggle to maintain adequate groceries during the summer.

Please give between July 18th and 31st at one of the many locations below:

All donations will go directly to local food providers in the Tri Valley such as Interfaith Sharing, Open Heart Kitchen, Tri Valley Haven and other local food pantries.

Events & Classes

Pace For Peace 5K/10K Walk/Run - Fall & Spring
Join us for our annual Pace For Peace 5k/10k Walk/Run through Livermore's beautiful vineyards in October (Domestic Violence Awareness Month) and April (Sexual Assault Awareness Month)! Pace For Peace supports Tri-Valley Haven's vital services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and homelessness. Last spring, over 200 runners and walkers participated in this event. We welcome back these partipants and more this year! Runners and walkers of all ages are encouraged to participate! Dogs are also welcome!

Throughout the year, we sponsor or participate in local events such as Pace For Peace, Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Thanksgiving Basket Distribution, Gingerbread Cookie Project, and more! Keep an eye on our front page for our upcoming events!
The Haven offers a range of classes on building life skills, such as our Parents Creating Change class, which teaches young parents the skills they need to prepare their children to build healthy family and social relationships and to succeed in school.
Community Outreach
Tri-Valley Haven offers a variety of one-off classes to the community, including self-defense for women and girls, date rape awareness, anti-bullying strategies for pre-teens and teens, recognizing signs of domestic violence and making appropriate interventions, and more. Classes may be held at neighborhood organizations, schools, workplaces, and places of worship. To schedule a presentation for your group, call 925-449-5845 x2727.
